Julie and Jordan were married at the Audubon Naturalist Society in DC earlier this month. They got an amazingly sunny day from Mother Nature for a wedding present. Friends and family gathered to watch them exchange vows in a grove of trees. Quite an amazing setting. The whole day fit right in with the setting of the Woodend location. There were flowers by Local Color Flowers which I could have photographed all day. Lots of little wild flowers looking very inconspicuous yet so amazing.
Julie was one of the most relaxed brides in the history of brides and I could tell she was there to enjoy her day. Jordan was equally collected and it was easy to see how much they enjoyed having their loved ones with them to celebrate the big day. Did I mention their guest book was an Audubon Society bird book? Again, nothing over the top outrageous. Just lots of little things to show their personalities and love for the wild. Thanks for letting me be part of your day.
